He started his career as a Broker sourcing the agricultural Commodities which was finally meant for Export. Being in the same field for so long helps source the best quality material directly from the source market.
Mahesh Hirji Thakker : Mr. Mahesh is also the director of the firm. He joined the Business in the year 1988 and started the exports of agricultural Commodities to various World Markets. With his far sightedness, eagerness to make a name in the World market in such a tight competition he ventured into the field of Exports. Looking at the demand for Organic Products rising from all round the Globe, he ventured into the field and got registered with SKAL in the year 1999. And the company was first to export the Organic Sesame seeds from India in the year 1999. Also the company was first to exports Sesame Oil in bulk from India and as a result the company received the award for the Highest Exporter for the year 2001-2002. The company went further ahead receiving the award for the Highest Exporter of Sesame Oil for 5 consecutive years 2001-02, 2002-03, 2003-04 and 2004-05 under his Captaincy. Also the company was first to exports Sesame Oil from India and the company received the award for the Highest Exports of Sesame Oil for 5 consecutive years under his Captaincy. With the bumper crop of groundnut in the year 2003, he grabbed the opportunity and was first to again start the export of Groundnut Oil from India after 26 years. He is also serving as the director of IOPEA and is Director of ISFEA from the year 1999 which serve the trade.
Manoj Hirji Thakker : When Mr. Manoj Hirji Thakker joined the Business in the year 1999, he alongwith Mr. Mahesh using the electronic revolution called Internet tapped the new markets around the globe. Export cargo can be packed in jute bags, multi layer paper bags or poly-propylene bag with inner polyliner. We can also offer different consumer packing from a minimum packing of 50 gms to 50kgs as preferred by the buyer.
